Accounting practices at $49/seat - founder-led, but respect the calendar. Do not try to sell to accountants in the run-up to a filing deadline. You'll get nothing and conclude the product is bad. Off-season they'll actually talk to you and some of them are bored.

OAuth on preview deployments is a cost centre. We stub it - previews get a dev-only credentials provider behind an env flag that logs you in as a fixture user, and the real Google flow is tested on staging which has one URL that never changes. Two years, zero incidents caused by this, and preview logins take one click.
Since you have the lid off habits: check it once a year but don't make a routine of leaning over an open tank. The gas coming off it is genuinely dangerous in confined spaces and people underestimate it every summer. Look, close it, walk away.
What would worry me instead: a needle that jumps around while you drive, drops to empty and comes back, or a gauge that reads full with a tank you know is half empty. Those are sender or wiring faults. A slow top and a fast bottom is just geometry.

For the staff questions, "sole proprietor, no employees, therefore no background check programme; access to production is limited to one named individual with hardware backed two factor" is a complete and truthful answer. For the data centre ones, you name your hosting provider and point at their compliance page, because that is literally the control. Their auditor is used to that answer, it is how every small vendor answers it.
Write four things once and reuse them forever: a one page security overview, a subprocessor list with what data each one sees, your data retention and deletion behaviour, and how someone reports a vulnerability to you. That pack answers most of the spreadsheet.
Then email their security contact and ask which items are blocking versus informational. On mine it was six.
Zero volume terms convert. I have a page sitting on a phrase every tool reports as zero which brings a couple of visits most days and roughly one trial a week. Practical list from doing this twice. Check that the cooler's fans and your case exhaust are pointed the same way. I've now seen three builds where the tower cooler was rotated 90 degrees so it blew into the side panel. Everything looks tidy, temps are terrible under load and fine at idle.
Check whether your ORM is doing two queries. A lot of session adapters fetch the session and then fetch the user as a separate statement, so your "one lookup" is two round trips and the fix is a join or an include.
A few drops of valve grinding paste or even a pinch of fine sand in the recess gives the bit something to bite. Sounds like nonsense, adds a genuinely noticeable amount of friction. Cheap enough to keep a tube around.
