Five patterns twice a week is so much less complicated than what I had imagined I was being told to do. Thank you.

Sold my software business in 2021 after eleven years. The earnout was more complicated than the sale price and nobody warned me.

Timer is the important half of that. A lamp you remember to switch on is a lamp that runs three days a week.
Also, soreness isn't a scoreboard. It mostly reflects how new the movement was, not how good the session was. Some of my best training blocks have left me barely sore at all, and I spent my first year chasing the feeling instead of the progress.
That connection genuinely stopped me for a second. Mappa mundi, cloth of the world.
This found ours. Two of the three toilets were seeping and the field went back to normal within a month of fixing them.
This is right for narrow B2B and wrong for anything with a broad consumer surface, and the disagreement usually comes down to people generalising from their own market. Worth the original poster saying which they are.
I went straight to barbells with two paid sessions with a coach, which is the thing I would recommend over either option in this thread. Not a twelve week package, two sessions: one to learn squat, hinge and press, one three weeks later to fix what had drifted.
It cost less than two months of my membership and it removed the entire question of whether I was doing it wrong, which was the thing actually stopping me from going into that part of the gym.
The airlock tells you about your seal and your garage temperature and nothing else. Take a gravity reading now, take another three days later, and if they match you are done. That is the only evidence that counts and it costs you two minutes.
Bar diameter is a real factor and nobody mentions it. A 28mm bar versus a 32mm one is a huge difference for smaller hands. If your gym has more than one barbell, check the specs and use the thinner one for pulls. Mine had a 25mm women's bar tucked in the corner and it changed everything.
Keep buying it, just use it for what it's good at. Half a cup down a slow drain with hot water afterwards, a paste for scrubbing the inside of an oven door, and lifting burnt bits off a pan. All genuinely useful. The fridge job is the weakest thing on its CV.
The T25 tapped in worked on the first try. I had one in the set the whole time.
Does the iron filter alone do anything for 18 grains of hardness, or will the scale and the soap problem stay exactly as they are?
The bit that convinces me is that the real answer is uncertain. Made-up etymologies are always suspiciously complete.
