Switched from iPhone to Android and my watch is now a very expensive bracelet

Nightly charging is the thing you'll notice most coming from where you're coming from. Anything with a colour always-on display in your budget is a one-to-two day watch. If battery matters more than screen, the memory-in-pixel displays look worse in photographs and last a week or more, and after a fortnight you genuinely stop noticing the screen.

A doorbell camera with no subscription: is it just an expensive chime?

For parcels specifically, a cheap indoor camera pointed at the inside of your own door does most of the job at a fraction of the cost, and does not involve the lobby at all. It will not tell you who took it from the lobby, which may make it useless to you, but it is worth knowing before spending two hundred dollars on the wrong problem.

The $250 LTT backpack, is anyone still using theirs a year later?

Year two. The pockets are real and I use most of them, but the honest downside is the weight before you put anything in it. It's a heavy empty bag and by the time it's loaded for two days you notice on a long walk to a gate. The organisation genuinely is built around exactly your use case: two devices and a handheld is the brief it was designed to.
