Weekly pre-filter vacuum sounds like nagging until you do it once and see what comes off. Mine looked like a chimney sweep's rag after ten days.

Numeric count was 3,976 against 4,000 values. So 24 rogue rows.
Or turning the panels off entirely and shooting on the window. The best fix is usually removing a source rather than adding one.
Shooting less might improve the ratio and will definitely improve the pictures. When I made myself take 40 frames on a walk instead of 300 I started thinking before pressing the shutter, which is where the two good ones were coming from anyway.
Keeping it in git so the migration is cheap is the reframe I needed. I was optimising for never having to move, which isn't achievable.
That explains why half the apps I read about overseas simply don't list any Australian banks. I assumed I was doing something wrong.
Available cash, definitely. I've been quietly fooling myself with the net worth view for two years.
Terse: buy two cheap contoured ones rather than one expensive one. They wear out, they get lost, and you will discover which shape suits you faster with two in the house.
The freeze is a timing problem, not a knowledge problem. Real conversation gives you about 700 milliseconds before silence gets awkward. A podcast gives you infinity. Practise under time pressure specifically — set a timer for 60 seconds and answer a random question before it runs out. It feels ridiculous and it works.
This matches what happened to two of mine. Both battery units, both started rebooting in their second summer, both fine in winter, which made me chase the wrong problem for months.
1/250 is not always fast enough for a person breathing at f/2 up close. A centimetre of subject sway is enough to move you off the eye when the depth of field is two centimetres. Going to 1/500 for close portraits made a chunk of my soft shots disappear.
A reflector felt like overkill for casual shots, but that ratio explanation makes sense.
