I have definitely edited a file on the server. Twice. Fixing that now.

Owned one of the expensive towers for two years, sold it. Air felt fine. So did the cheap box I replaced it with, at a third of the filter cost.

$29 for a tool with no export is a hard sell to anyone who thinks about lock-in for two seconds. Ship export first, it's a weekend: then charge. Otherwise the objection you get is "how do I get my data out" and you have no answer.

$19 is too cheap for someone who uses this daily and too expensive for someone doing six documents a month. There's no price that serves both. Pick the daily user, charge $39, let the six-document people go. They were never revenue, they were support tickets and storage cost.

It's insane if 0.4% is a demand problem. It's correct if it's a segment problem. You have a segment problem, a fifth of your users stay forever.

This distinction matters because responding to afternoon wilt by watering again in the heat is how people drown container herbs.

Silk masks get recommended constantly and I found them the worst of the lot: beautiful, slippery, and on the floor by 3am. The ones that stayed on for me were unglamorous, matte fabric with a bit of grip against the pillowcase.

Also check for slugs while you are waiting. Pale, papery outer leaves are usually normal but if something is grazing at night you will spend three weeks blaming transplant shock.

Compromise that works for me on a similar balcony: fabric pots inside a cheap plastic outer pot. You get the air pruning and the root health, and the outer pot stops the wind and sun stripping moisture through the sides.
