Writing this because I was the person who shared the thing. A photograph from a flood, exactly the image I wanted to be true, posted in front of about forty colleagues. It had been circulating for two years and was from a different country.
What got me was not a technical failure, it was that I did not look. The sixty seconds was available and I skipped it because the picture had already told me what to feel. That is the actual failure mode and no detector fixes it.
