Watching the meter is the only real defence, whatever else you configure. Software will always find a new way to pick the wrong device on the one call that matters.

Talk to the school first. Ours has a written policy on wearables with cameras and cellular, and a friend bought a lovely watch that then lived in a locker all day, which defeated the entire purpose. Five-minute email, saves a return.
Check the printed best before and note that it refers to the sealed bag. Once opened, the clock is a different one and nobody prints it. If the kibble looks dusty at the bottom, feels greasy, or he starts leaving it when he never did before, that is your answer.
The interaction category that actually matters is not supplement with supplement, it is supplement with prescription, and it is worth being loud about that. Minerals like calcium, iron, magnesium and zinc bind various common medications in the gut, thyroid replacement and some antibiotic classes being the textbook examples, and the standard handling is a few hours of separation rather than stopping anything. If you take any prescription at all, take a photo of everything including the supplement labels and show it to a pharmacist. That is the whole task and it takes ten minutes.
It's the one I've lent out most and never got back, which is its own kind of review.
The honest answer is I have not logged a single Saturday. I think I know what the problem is.
I have been weighing every few days and reacting to each number, which explains why it feels like nothing works.
An evening class hadn't occurred to me at all. That is a much better use of the budget than another subscription.
This is the entire part that neither app mentioned anywhere.
This is the reality of my mornings, honestly. The perfect application does not exist in my house.
So the honest version is spray then rub, and treat the spray as a dispenser rather than a shortcut.
Formal accommodations exist in a lot of places and are worth asking about even when the process is grim. Written instructions instead of verbal, camera off by default, a fixed schedule rather than a shifting one, a quiet space. These are cheap for an employer and enormous for the person. Whether any of it is an entitlement depends entirely on where you are - but ask what's possible before assuming nothing is.
Before you write the food off, consider that two mouthfuls and a walk away after a straight swap is normal cat behaviour rather than a verdict on the food. A change is usually done over about a week, starting at roughly a quarter new to three quarters old and moving across gradually. Cats in particular fixate on the texture and shape of what they know, and an abrupt swap gets refused on principle.
Whatever you pick, do problems rather than watch videos. I lost a month of evenings to lecture videos before an old exam paper showed me I could follow every step and produce none of them. 45 minutes of working problems beats 90 minutes of watching someone else work them.
If you're looking at a hybrid partly for an ECG or a similar health feature, read the fine print on availability, because what's enabled varies a lot by country depending on what's been cleared where. Check it's actually switched on where you live before you buy specifically for that.
One caution on running your own trials: pick one variable at a time and do not start two things in the same month, which is what you have done. If either of them had worked you would not know which. Also worth checking that whatever you are taking has enough of the active thing in it to matter, because dose ranges on shelves vary wildly and plenty of fish oil capsules are mostly filler by weight. For anything joint related that is not improving, a GP is the right stop before another three month order.
Terse: worth it if your marginal rate is high and your job is stable, marginal otherwise. Run your actual numbers past an accountant before you salary sacrifice anything.
Very normal, and yes, distribution is probably doing a lot of it. Toast and a light lunch is a morning with almost no protein and not much fibre, and both are what make a meal hold you.
What I would change first, before touching totals: get 30 to 40g of protein into breakfast and the same at lunch, taking it from your dinner rather than adding to your day. Eggs, yoghurt, cottage cheese, leftover meat on the sandwich, a tin of fish in the salad. When I moved about 40g of my dinner protein earlier in the day, the three o'clock hunger largely stopped within a week.
Second, add volume. A salad with 300g of vegetables and some beans is a different physical experience from a sandwich, even at similar calories.
Everyone hits this once. The label is answering a narrower question than the one people are asking.
You've diagnosed it correctly, which most people never do. The failure is the coupling and the jar-to-base interface, not the motor. Metal drive couplings and a jar built to be rebuilt are what you're paying for. On warranty terms: the Ascent line carries ten years and the Explorian line five, with a paid extension available - which tells you roughly what the manufacturer expects to be servicing and when.
Sauces are what carry it. Three jars of different dressings in the fridge turn one protein into a week of meals.
Trimming it to make it spread is not something I would have guessed. How short is short?
Well that explains the bald patch that appeared after my last water change.
