Two remote jobs plus a full-time master's: which of the three did you cut?

I let it collapse instead of planning it. Failed a core module in my third semester, which meant a retake, which meant an extra $2,100 and another four months. The failure came the week both jobs had quarter-end at the same time and I made a decision at 2am that I would not have made rested.

If you can see the pinch weeks on a calendar - and you can, they're the same weeks every term - decide now which one loses. Deciding in the moment is how I got the retake.

Everything sold as passive income seems to need ten hours a week, what has actually run without you?

Mine is deeply unglamorous: stock photography of one very specific industrial subject that nobody else bothers to shoot. It took two years to be worth mentioning and it now pays roughly what a weekend at my normal rate would, every month, for essentially no ongoing work. The lesson I would pass on is that the boring, narrow, slightly ugly niche is where passive is actually achievable, because nobody is competing for it.

Thinking about pausing 6k a month of paid search to fund a year of content, has anyone made that trade actually work

I did this the reckless way, turned ads off completely at the start of January to fund a content push. Revenue fell about 40 percent within a month, my cash position got tight, and it took five months of paid spend to get back to where I had been because the account had to relearn. If I did it again I would ramp down 20 percent a quarter and never let the account go cold.

Dash cam in India, which ones survive a car parked in the sun all afternoon?

The failure you described is almost certainly the internal power cell. Cameras built around a lithium battery die fast in a hot cabin; cameras built around a supercapacitor tolerate heat far better and are the only ones I would consider here. It is usually in the spec sheet as "supercapacitor" and if the listing does not say, assume it is a battery.
